Couples Center — couples psychotherapy in Warsaw

Relationships can be complex, beautiful and challenging. They bring us joy, worry, support and tenderness. They are an essential and dynamic part of life. Through relationships, we not only get to know our partners, but also learn about ourselves, as they provide experiences we would never have alone.

In every relationship, its history matters: what sparked the connection, but also the everyday atmosphere that permeates the shared life. Communication skills — on fundamental and everyday issues — are crucial. Without them, it's difficult to care for each other and make good decisions together.

We invite you to our center, where we specialize in couples psychotherapy. We have extensive experience helping relationships of all durations and stages. Our center was founded in 2012 and is located in Warsaw's South Downtown.

When can couples therapy help?

We welcome couples facing difficulties, as well as those who want a clearer understanding of what is happening in their relationship.

Example areas of therapeutic work

  • desire to deepen the bond, closeness, and mutual understanding,
  • recurring conflicts or difficult moods in the relationship,
  • challenges of shared parenting,
  • sexual issues,
  • difficulties making important decisions (e.g. about living together, marriage, having children, moving),
  • oscillating between feeling the relationship has a good future and a lack of hope,
  • issues of loyalty, jealousy, and insecurity,
  • stagnation and the feeling that something important isn't happening in the relationship (often with an inability to identify what it should be),
  • difficult family, professional, or social circumstances,
  • illness of one partner,
  • difficulties trying to conceive,
  • defining boundaries, issues related to balancing intimacy with individual freedom.

We work with couples of different orientations, identities, nationalities, ages, and religions. Read about couples therapy, find practical information, or contact us.
