I perceive couples therapy as a space where partners can meet and explore what binds them together and what they value. The success of therapy depends not on the type of problems, but on both partners' willingness to engage in open and honest dialogue. I aim at creating a safe and supportive environment where both individuals feel comfortable expressing themselves and their vulnerabilities. I firmly believe that relationships deserve special attention due to their profound impact on our lives. They provide a unique ground for personal growth and facing past hurts. This journey may be challenging, but it is ultimately deeply rewarding.

The issues I often address with couples include deepening intimacy and trust, overcoming feelings of loneliness and communication barriers, navigating the challenges of parenthood, addressing sexual concerns and coping with fertility struggles. I also have extensive experience working with couples from diverse cultural backgrounds.

I am a certified psychotherapist, psychologist, and sociologist, a graduate of the College of Interdisciplinary Individual Studies in Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Warsaw. Since 2007, I have been dedicated to providing individual and couples therapies.

I have completed internships at renowned institutions such as the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology in Warsaw, the Center for Neuropsychiatry and Rehabilitation in Zagórze, the Women's Rights Center, and the St. Anna Mazowiecka Hospital in the Departments of Pregnancy Pathology and Gynecology.

Therapy offers a unique opportunity to experience, examine, and gain a deeper understanding of the situations partners find themselves in, often against their own intentions. It's a space for reflection on the needs, hopes, and daily realities of the relationship.

I specialize in long-term therapy, although sometimes, even after a few consultations, partners experience relief or gain clarity on the future direction of their relationship. Creating a safe and supportive environment where both individuals feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and emotions is very important to me.

I view the relationship as a living entity with its own unique resources and a dynamic process. It possesses the capacity for transformation, both within itself and in the surrounding world. This transformative potential often surprises partners and transcends their individual psychology. I am fascinated by how this emerging, creative process of the relationship manifests itself in the couple's desires, difficulties, and even the unintentional events that shape them.

I have been practicing as a psychotherapist since 2007. My clinical experience includes the Oncology Department of the Military Institute of Medicine, as well as facilities providing assistance to autistic adolescents and individuals with psychiatric diagnoses. I have a keen interest in creativity and art.

I am a certified psychotherapist and a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw.
